Job Description Job Description Mid-sized law firm seeking an Assistant Bookkeeper/Office Manager. Proficiency with Excel and QuickBooks required. On-the-job training will be provided for the proprietary software utilized by the firm. Responsibilities: Obtain primary financial data for accounting records Compute and record numerical data Check the accuracy of business transactions Perform data entry and administrative duties Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience is preferred QuickBooks experience is required Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Company Description The attorneys at Horn Wright, LLP, help clients from any of our multiple offices throughout New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont.
