Your role at BRE Lead the design and implementation of structured change management strategies across transformation projects Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training to support the successful adoption of change Identify, assess, and manage change-related risks and issues Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness using defined metrics and feedback loops Collaborate with project teams to ensure change initiatives are integrated with broader business objectives Support the transition of new processes and technologies into business-as-usual operations What we are looking for Proven experience leading end-to-end change management within complex transformation programmes Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and its implementation within business change initiatives Practical experience applying agile methodologies to change delivery, ideally within cross-functional teams A recognised Change Management qualification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, or equivalent) Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, training, and communications plans Experience in measuring and reporting on change effectiveness and embedding change into business-as-usual Ability to manage resistance and drive adoption through influence, communication, and structured planning BRE Benefits At BRE, we offer a competitive salary, reviewed annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your financial security, well-being, and career development.
