Job Description

Temporary Accounts Assistant job based in Woking for 3 months paying up to £17 per hour Your new company You will be working for a key function within this progressive organisation. Your new role You will be supporting a busy finance team delivering bank reconciliations, updating cashflow on a daily basis, accounts payable and accounts receivable, liaising with internal stakeholders. This role is using excel, and you will be expected to deliver vlook ups, pivot tables and sum ifs. This role is hybrid 2 days in office and 3 working remotely What you'll need to succeed You will need to have proven experience of delivering Bank reconciliations, updating cashflow on a daily basis, accounts payable and accounts receivable within a business setting and also have excellent excel and communication skills. This role is open to someone who will commit to the assignment for the next 3 months. There is further potential for this role for the right candidate. The team operates on a hybrid policy with Monday and Tuesday in the office and the rest remote. There will be a requirement for the first week to be completely in the office to learn the role but from week 2 onwards the role will be 2 days in office and 3 remote.
