What you'll do on a typical day: Organise your team to efficiently and safely perform all tasks Accurately and safely, load and unload vehicles with customer orders Working with manual handling equipment in a fast-paced environment including FLT Hygiene tasks as well as any other warehouse duties that are required Always treat warehouse and team safety with paramount importance What you need to succeed at XPO: FLT licences desirable but not essential Proven previous Team Leader experience WMS & MS office experience Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Be part of something big. * External Job Description and Requirements Required. What you'll do on a typical day: Organise your team to efficiently and safely perform all tasks Accurately and safely, load and unload vehicles with customer orders Working with manual handling equipment in a fast-paced environment including FLT and Flexi trucks Hygiene tasks as well as any other warehouse duties that are required Always treat warehouse and team safety with paramount importance What you need to succeed at XPO: FLT licences desirable but not essential Proven previous Team Leader experience WMS & MS office experience Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Be part of something big.
