Champion literacy across the school and contribute to whole-school improvement. What you'll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status QTS with a strong track record of success in English education. Proven leadership experience or readiness to step into a middle leadership role. A deep understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and pedagogy. A commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for all students. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
