Bid Software specialist

Join to apply for the Bid Application Support role at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company . As a Bid Application Support based in Torino, you will join the Tender Management team in Geneva, which includes a Product Owner and a Business Analyst. Your responsibilities will include providing 1st line support to global users, guiding them through product usage, troubleshooting technical issues, and interacting with our Tender Management solution vendor for bug escalation and support ticket management. You will also collaborate with development teams to ensure proper data delivery to the platform. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with experience in a global support setup, preferably within the logistics or shipping industry. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate product support for the Tender Management platform to worldwide users. Collaborate with the Geneva team to resolve technical issues and enhance user experience. Work with development teams to ensure data delivery to the platform. Coordinate with the vendor for bug escalation, support tickets, and follow-up. Assist in platform integration and manual testing within the internal ecosystem. Conduct training sessions and create documentation for users. Monitor system performance and address potential issues proactively. Perform product maintenance and configuration. Qualifications and Experience Experience in a software QA tester or help desk role, ideally in a global software company. Professional fluency in English (written and spoken). Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and XML. Customer-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn about freight procurement and the Tender Management platform. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proactive, self-motivated, with keen attention to detail.
