What You’ll Be Doing: Service, repair and maintain a wide range of plant and heavy equipment to manufacturer standards. Diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues both in the workshop and on-site. Use advanced diagnostic software (full training provided) and digital reporting tools. Upsell service solutions to customers — with bonus incentives for leads you generate. Maintain high standards of safety, documentation, and customer communication. Why Join Us? Strong experience in servicing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Solid IT skills and the ability to use digital diagnostic tools. Customer-first mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel to sites across the region.
