We're seeking a Project Design Engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge systems in the surface finishing industry . You'll play a pivotal role in the entire product lifecycle — from concept and design to installation and customer support. What You’ll Be Doing: Designing detailed engineering drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks and AutoCAD Performing technical evaluations on materials, processes, and performance Collaborating with sales, production, and QA to define and deliver project requirements Managing day-to-day progress across multiple engineering projects Conducting site surveys and liaising directly with clients to tailor installations Supporting prototyping, testing, and product validation efforts Involving yourself in R&D initiatives when required ✅ What We’re Looking For: HNC or degree in Mechanical , Electrical Engineering , or Product Design Proven experience in a similar design role within manufacturing or engineering Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD Strong grasp of materials, manufacturing methods, and engineering best practices Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes Why Join Us?
