Derivatives) Location-Belfast, UK Mode-HYBRID-3 days from office Type-FTE 12 Months Job Description:- Senior Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of strong experience Experience working on Request for Quote RFQ workflow and state management system for Flow Structured Products is an advantage The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Pricing within financial technology and a deep understanding of OTC Option pricing order placement and structured product trading workflows The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders including trader’s developers and clients ensuring seamless integration and optimization Quote with other platforms Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and document business requirements for enhancements to Quote and related systems Work closely with traders’ technology teams and external clients to improve workflow efficiency and system usability Collaborate with development teams to refine system integration with Velocity FIX protocol and email based RFQ processes Ensure seamless interaction between Quote EQRMS SETI COMET UI and CFORE for pricing booking and hedging operations Conduct gap analysis and propose strategic solutions for automation and Straight through Processing STP Provide comprehensive functional specifications for technical teams and assist in user acceptance testing UAT Monitor system performance troubleshoots issues and work on continuous improvements based on user feedback Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for internal teams and external users to enhance adoption Qualifications Skills:- Strong experience in Pricing within financial domain Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance Business Computer Science or a related field 8 years of experience in financial markets derivatives or trading technology Strong understanding of OTC Options RFQ workflows and electronic trading platforms Experience working with FIX protocol Velocity and structured product booking mechanisms Proficiency in business analysis techniques requirement gathering and stakeholder communication Ability to work in fast paced environments and effectively collaborate with cross functional teams Familiarity with automation risk management systems and STP processes is a plus Strong problem solving analytical and organizational skills Certification:- Business Analysis Certified Business Analysis Specialist Capital Markets or Business Analysis Certified Business Analysis Specialist Core Banking or Business Analysis Certified Business Analysis Specialist Payments Skills:- Mandatory Skills : Capital Markets (incl.
