As part of the Senior Leadership group, you will be involved in the technical direction, planning, stakeholder engagement, and in the trenches of hands-on coding. From a people management perspective, you will set goals that positively stretch your team to grow while taking 121s and providing mentorship. With a strong product mindset, you will work collaboratively with a new Product team to paint the future roadmap. Hands-on engineering the product being involved from design to shipping What are we seeking from candidates? A minimum of 2 years of recent hands-on technical lead experience managing a small team. A strong product mindset ideally comes from a scaling B2B SaaS company with an understanding of what needs to happen. Expertise in multiple software languages. Desired would-be TypeScript, React, Node.JS or Python Experience with cloud-based solutions and microservices architecture, AWS experience ideal Demonstrate adaptability & great organizational skills – this is a start-up, you will spin multiple plates Demonstrate a good level of Emotional Intelligence.
