This influential position sits at the intersection of tech and business, integrating AI into the heart of operational and research functions. Lead the development and rollout of an enterprise AI/ML strategy Design and implement scalable solutions including GenAI, RPA, and custom LLM workflows Collaborate with executive leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders Guide ethical, compliant, and impactful AI usage in line with healthcare regulations Build strategic partnerships with external AI/biotech innovators and academic leaders Your Experience We’re seeking a technically excellent, strategic thinker with deep AI/ML expertise and business acumen. You’ll have the ability to translate complexity into value and inspire change across a highly innovative environment. 9 years of experience in digital, data, and technology roles with a strong AI/ML focus Advanced degree in life sciences, engineering, or computational science Proven success in deploying AI solutions at scale in complex, regulated industries Strong coding ability (Python, Java, Scala), and familiarity with GenAI tools and cloud platforms Business-savvy communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives Next Steps This role is generating significant interest and won’t be open for long.
