We’re fast, fair, and focused on the future. To keep growing at pace, we’re looking for a sharp, ambitious Mid-Tier Developer to join our engineering crew. What You’ll Bring Must-Have Technical Skills: ● Strong experience with C# – this is our core backend language and your main playground. ● Some knowledge of Rust, or a similar language like C++, or the curiosity and commitment to learn it. ● Experience with any TypeScript frontend framework (Vue.js, React, etc.). ● Solid understanding of AWS ● Familiarity with microservices, unit/integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Bonus Points For: ● Hands-on with Vue.js and/or Svelte using Tailwind CSS for modern UI development. ● Experience writing and managing GitHub Actions for testing and deployment. ● Knowledge of AWS CDK for deploying infrastructure as code. ● Understanding of message queues and event-driven architecture. What You’ll Do ● Build secure, scalable microservices and APIs in C#. ● Craft clean, user-friendly frontend experiences. ● Collaborate with product, ops, and design to ship features that delight. ● Write meaningful tests and streamline CI/CD workflows. ● Pick up new tools and languages (like Rust) with the support of a modern, no-legacy tech environment.
