Contract Manager – High-End Residential Construction Location: Oxfordshire Salary: Up to £70k Contract Type: Permanent Reports To: Managing Director About the Role Laboris Solutions are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Contract Manager to oversee contractual agreements and compliance for luxury residential construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth contract execution, minimizing risks, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Identify potential contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to legal requirements, industry regulations, and company policies. Monitor project costs, variations, and payment schedules to prevent financial discrepancies. Collaborate with project managers, architects, suppliers, and legal teams to resolve contract-related issues. Evaluate contract performance, ensuring all obligations are met and disputes are efficiently managed. Maintain accurate records of contracts, change orders, and communications for auditing and legal purposes. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience managing contracts in high-end residential construction or luxury property development. SMSTS/SSSTS Strong understanding of construction law, procurement, and compliance. Ability to drive favorable terms while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships. High level of accuracy in contract drafting and interpretation. Understanding of construction timelines, budgeting, and risk assessment. Excellent ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and legal professionals effectively. Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or time served (preferred).
