Account Manager UK/Ireland

MCS Group are delighted to be working with a market leading medical equipment manufacturer to recruit a UK/Ireland Account Manager. This role is perfect for an experienced Account Manager looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking team that values innovation and autonomy. The ideal Account Manager will be enthusiastic about sales and international business, ready to make an impact in the medical industry. Key Responsibilities Developing business and getting leads form previous and existing customers. Driving revenue growth across UK and Irish markets. Managing and converting a high volume of inbound sales enquiries. Re-engaging historical customers and exploring up sell opportunities. Collaborating closely with marketing around campaigns, conferences, and events. Conducting client visits were beneficial. Working towards revenue and new business targets with a strategic, value-driven sales approach. Providing product demos and support through video walkthroughs and streamlined quote-to-order processes. Essential Skills and Qualifications Experience in medical sales or selling a technical/product-based solution is essential. Strong understanding of consultative selling. Comfortable with transactional sales processes and liaising with procurement teams. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex products simply. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events across the UK and Ireland. What's on Offer: Base salary of £35,000-£40,000 with OTE of £50,000-£60,000. Commission structure aligned to market success.
