About the Role Working a 4-on / 4-off shift pattern (12-hour day shifts), youll play a pivotal role in maintaining the performance and reliability of equipment in a fast-paced food production setting. From reactive maintenance to continuous improvement, your expertise will keep the production lines running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Responding swiftly to breakdowns and keeping downtime to a minimum Executing effective PPM schedules to improve reliability and product consistency Logging and managing maintenance records, contractor activity, and shift handovers Driving health & safety excellence, audits, and continuous improvements Supporting machinery installations and plant upgrades Ensuring food safety compliance (HACCP, traceability, hygiene) Working closely with production teams to troubleshoot and optimise performance Championing engineering solutions that reduce waste, increase yield, and save time About You You dont just fixyou improve. Youre calm under pressure, hands-on, and hungry to add value. You understand the unique demands of food production and take pride in high standards and team success.
