This role would suit someone with previous experience at a similar level looking for a forward-thinking global company who are passionate about the continued growth of the business. The Role: In this role, you will work to manage and lead the companies engineering team to ensure that compliance and targets are maintained across the business. Further duties of the role will include, but are not limited to: Overseeing Engineering functions and activities, Process Improvement, Budgets, R&D, Kpi’s and much more. Days Based (Monday – Friday) Excellent benefits package The Person: Previous experience at a similar level Chemical Engineering background Experienced in a manufacturing environment Any experience across either Automotive or Food industry will be considered beneficial but not essential Continuous Improvement/Lean experience Looking for a long-term permanent position
