Candidates must live within commuting distance of one of the company’s offices in the Netherlands, which include: Amsterdam, Amersfoort, Rotterdam, Arnhem, ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Maastricht, Zwolle, Leiden, Goes, Hoorn, Assen. Our client, a global consultancy focused on sustainable infrastructure and urban development, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Dutch speaker) . This role plays a critical part in identifying, attracting, and delivering top talent to ensure strategic hiring objectives are met. Responsibilities: Proactively source and attract candidates through multiple channels for a variety of permanent roles across diverse functions. Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on recruitment strategies and market insights. Screen and interview candidates while positioning the company as an employer of choice. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Manage high-volume recruitment while prioritizing roles in line with commercial objectives. Contribute to the company’s employer branding and talent delivery strategy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes. Requirements: Minimum 3/4 years of experience in recruitment Near-native in the Dutch language Strong capability to source talent in niche and skill-short markets. Confident in advising hiring managers and contributing to talent acquisition discussions Empathy and professionalism in managing stakeholder and candidate relationships. What’s in it for you?
