He/she will be responsible to deploy and maintain the SAP software solutions to support the business based on the group strategy, on the P2P and P2M and all functions related to the MM, PP, QM SAP modules. He/she will be in direct contact with business product owners, lead the integrator consultants, and be responsible for the performance of its IT functional stream. He/she will share best practices on his domain. Client context: SAP,IBP, MES and rich applicative landscape SAP Cloud environment in Application Maintenance and Evolution (TMA/TME). Reporting to European IT Director Fast-growing agri-food group. Dynamic environment. Main Responsibilities: IT functional representative of product owners to specify SAP requirements, drive implementation with providers, and ensure TMA Support for ongoing SAP project deployment, coordination, data conversion, UAT and Cutover Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests (RUN) for buyers and production Ability to interact with business stakeholders, challenge them, and propose solutions. SAP customization and ABAP specifications, Required Skills: 5 to 10 years of SAP experience as a consultant or IT team member with contribution of digital transformations (Application Modernization, Architectural Roadmaps, ERP, IT process and team optimization) Understanding of Supply Chain (SC) flows – S&OP, Planning, MRP processes and main challenges Experienced in P2P, P2M processes (MM PP QM) Experienced in the food industry or similar manufacturing services Excellent oral and written communication. Experience in projects and run mode. French native speaker, fluent in English Elevated level of analytic ability, good problem-solving skills, and a drive for continuous improvement Location : This role is in the North of France, next to Arras (62). Occupation : Full-time engagement, mainly onsite with some remote work depending on the engagements’ needs. (2 days max of remote work) Duration of the engagement: 6 months, then potential recruitment. Employment Type : Contract with potential for permanent hire by the client or Penon Partners. Penon Partners requires its consultants to have authorization to work lawfully in France, and travel all around Europe and the United States without requiring Penon Partners to sponsor applicants for any sort of employment-based work visa.
