Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Air & Ocean Freight Operations Specialist to join our France office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day import and export shipments, ensuring smooth logistics operations and customer satisfaction for both air and sea freight. Responsibilities and Duties Handle end-to-end operations for air and ocean freight import/export shipments. Coordinate with carriers, agents, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and verify shipping documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, etc. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates to clients. Handle data entry and documentation in the logistics system. Support billing processes and cost control related to freight activities. Resolve operational issues and follow up on claims or discrepancies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations (air & sea). Familiar with Incoterms, shipping procedures, and customs clearance processes. Good communication skills in English & French. Chinese is a strong plus. Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., CargoWise). Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Customer-oriented and a team player.
