Regional Sales Director

They are Motivated to revolutionise the Enterprise Network landscape and now looking for a strategic sales professional to land and expand in the ASEAN. The Role: As the Regional Sales Director, ASEAN , you will be tasked to grow the business and act as a Player-coach to groom future Sales Rockstars, responsible for defining and executing the local Go-To-Market (GTM) business plan. This is a high-impact, autonomous role focused on driving new business and establishing local presence in key industries. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the ASEAN Sales strategy. Hunt and secure net new logo customers within Finance, Government, and Other Enterprise sectors. Target enterprise-level accounts across ASEAN and South Korea. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Act as Player-Coach to help team and groom them. Required Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience selling Enterprise Networking Solutions. Proven track record of opening and closing deals. Experience as one of the first sales hires in a new region (preferred). Prior experience within start-up or scale-up vendors (highly beneficial).
