They are looking for a Facilities Executive who can take charge of day-to-day operations and ensure the seamless management of their prestigious workplace. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the office premises Conduct routine inspections of systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) to ensure safety and compliance Oversee and coordinate vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades Respond promptly to facility-related issues and execute timely corrective actions Support budget management and ensure optimal use of resources Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies Assist in planning and executing facility improvement projects Key Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering , or related field At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in an office setting Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance standards Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Independent, resourceful, and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment Ready to Elevate Your Career?
