Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow EMS business across key industries. Identify and engage with OEMs and emerging companies that align with organization’s capabilities and offerings. Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, RFI/RFQ submissions, proposal development, and contract negotiations. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and program teams to craft persuasive customer proposals. Stay abreast of market trends, customer demands, and competitor strategies to refine sales initiatives. Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers at target organizations. Analyze competitive positioning and develop differentiated go-to-market strategies. Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums. Support regional growth initiatives and entry into new verticals in alignment with corporate strategy. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Over 10 years of proven success in sales and business development within the EMS or contract manufacturing sector. Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage high-value client accounts. Strong network of contacts among brand owners and OEMs in areas such as consumer electronics, IoT, and industrial hardware.
