What We’re Looking For This is a confidential search for a highly experienced leader in Talent Acquisition Operations who is ready to take ownership of a global scope and make a significant impact across multiple geographies. If you’re passionate about designing, scaling, and optimizing global TA operations—and have the leadership and technical depth to make it happen—this role is for you. What You’ll Own Shape and execute the global TA Operations strategy across LATAM, APAC, EMEA, and North America. Lead a global team responsible for core operational pillars, including: TA Programs: Referral, internal mobility, alumni, rehire, and external vendor partnerships Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience: Interview scheduling, onboarding interface, feedback loops Enablement: Global TA learning, hiring manager upskilling, onboarding of TA tools and processes Employer Branding: Oversee global brand alignment and drive localized activation initiatives Tech & Tools: Own the ATS (iCIMS preferred), sourcing tools, automation, and innovation roadmap Data & Analytics: Build dashboards, define KPIs, and drive decision-making with insights TA Planning & Budget: Manage headcount tracking, workforce planning, and vendor operations Establish global process governance and compliance practices. Collaborate closely with stakeholders in HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and regional TA teams to align strategies. Champion operational excellence and innovation in how recruiting is delivered and experienced globally. Drive global adoption of tools, processes, and best practices. What You Bring 10 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience , including 5 years in a global TA Operations leadership role Strong track record managing ATS platforms (Workday or Greenhouse) and recruiting tech stacks Proven success leading global, cross-functional teams in complex, high-growth environments Deep understanding of TA performance metrics, KPIs, and how to turn data into strategic action Experience building and leading scalable programs (enablement, branding, candidate experience, etc.) Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus
