Your mission: Define and drive the long-term strategy for the sensors & controls product family Own the roadmap for product innovation, launches, and end-of-life cycles Conduct deep market analysis to identify gaps, trends, and new opportunities Partner with R&D to bring products from concept to reality Lead pricing strategy and margin management across global markets Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance Monitor product performance and recommend course corrections as needed Support global channel growth with marketing assets, training, and communications Be the key decision-maker on design and engineering changes What we’re looking for: A product champion with a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and a track record of owning product success from cradle to grave.
