Role Overview: The selected candidate will be responsible for driving plant performance through lean execution, cross-functional coordination, and operational discipline. A strong track record in automotive production and interaction with OEMs is essential. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory). • Minimum 6 years in a senior operations leadership role within the automotive industry. • In-depth experience with high-volume production. • Strong exposure to OEM manufacturing environments. • Background in both operations and quality assurance systems. • Advanced English proficiency (business and technical communication).
