PROJECT PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR

Job Title: Project Procurement Coordinator The Project Procurement Coordinator leads the project procurement team and manages overall procurement activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements related to costs, time, and quality, under the guidance of the Project Procurement Manager. Key Activities & Responsibilities Prepare and ensure the application of the Project Execution Plan throughout the project lifecycle to achieve targets. Assist in developing the Project Vendor List based on project requirements. Coordinate resources to execute activities within the assigned man-hours budget. Manage procurement activities from issuing Material Requisitions to delivering materials on-site, including vendor support during construction and commissioning. Monitor compliance of procurement activities with project schedule and budget. Coordinate procurement efforts among operational centers, including group companies, subcontractors, partners, and site teams. Oversee procurement reporting to the Project Management Team (PMT) and the client. Support the Purchasing Department in applying liquidated damages to vendors. Manage back-charges to vendors in collaboration with Purchasing and Administration departments. Coordinate with Administration to manage the expiration of technical and performance warranties. Requirements Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role within Engineering & Construction companies, particularly in the Oil & Gas industry.
