We seek an experienced professional to support digitalization of Service processes leveraging existing and new technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support full lifecycle development of digital applications, from project execution to maintenance, including analysis, development, UAT, go-live, and post-launch activities; Collaborate with business functions to address demands, propose solutions, and translate requirements; Design, configure, and maintain CRM (Microsoft D365) and integrations with other solutions (SAP ECC, C4C, Oracle OFS, AWS, SAP PO/IS, etc); Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and reliability; Act as a subject matter expert working closely with internal stakeholders (ICT and Business); Coordinate with suppliers and collaborators. QUALIFICATIONS: University degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, or similar; 4-5 years of experience as a CRM Microsoft D365 solution analyst in multinational companies; Knowledge of business service processes and digitalization through IT technologies; Experience with CRM Microsoft D365 modules (Master Data, Call Center, Field Service, Mobile), additional solutions (SAP ERP, SAP C4C, Oracle Field Service) are a plus; Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills; Ability to manage time and meet deadlines; Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
