We’re looking for a highly skilled Brand Ambassador Luxury German to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong customer care attitude, is fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, enthusiastic about fashion and international luxury brands, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Location: Milano, on site (Duomo, San Babila) Languages: German (B2 / C1) Tasks: Customer relations with Italian and international customers via phone, chat, and email. E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers with online purchases. Contract: Full-time, 8 hours a day (40 hours a week), on shifts, 5 days a week. Qualifications: Degree and/or experience in e-commerce, Customer Care, Fashion, and Luxury. Good knowledge of main IT tools, especially Microsoft Office applications.
