The Technical Safety Lead with naval application experience will execute and coordinate safety engineering activities for FPSO and FLNG projects across various phases, from feasibility to detailed engineering. Main Tasks: Manage risk analysis activities (QRA, FERA, etc.) and safety studies (fire fighting, hazardous area classification, passive fire, cryogenic spill protection, Fire & Gas, etc.). Coordinate process hazard and risk management activities such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL/LOPA, etc. Manage activities related to Functional Safety Lifecycle, Technical Integrity, Human Factors Engineering. Interface with clients on technical issues. Coordinate with other disciplines and project management regarding technical and scheduling aspects. Manage subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare safety reports and deliverables. Contribute to a multidisciplinary team with specialized expertise. Coordinate environmental activities (emissions, air quality, noise, GHG). Contribute to improving internal methodologies and procedures. Qualifications: Master's or Bachelor's degree in technical disciplines. Professional level of English. Experience: At least 7 years in technical safety, especially naval projects like FPSO and FLNG. Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders. Deep understanding of safety studies and risk assessments (QRA, FERA, BRA, Marine Risk, Dropped Objects, Safety Case). Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, decision-making skills. Team collaboration using IT/digital tools. Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and workshops. IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Office365. Location: Milano (MI).
