Job Duties and Responsibilities Supervise the correct execution of contractor/vendor activities in accordance with approved drawings, schedules, and rules. Organize a safety kick-off meeting at the start of work. Participate in daily contractor toolbox meetings and address safety concerns or incompatible works identified during the PTW review process. Prepare and submit safety performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the client through the Construction or Project Manager. Record and act on unsafe acts, near misses, and incidents, including root cause analysis and follow-up actions. Ensure documentation is shared with the main office. Verify that method statements and job safety analyses for activities requiring permits are submitted, reviewed, and approved by the Site Engineer or Construction Manager. Inspect all equipment and tools, including electrical tools, machinery, and heavy equipment, with regular inspections every three months. Review Job Safety Analysis (JSA) in terms of contractor work methods. Provide HSE information for inclusion in reports by the Construction Manager. Requirements Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university. 6-8 years of experience as a safety supervisor. Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written. Valid AK3 Certificate.
