The role: The Customer Success Manager role is dynamic and people-focused, offering the chance to impact our customers' journey with URP. As a CSM, you will empower customers to achieve their goals while contributing to the company's growth. We seek talented, open-minded individuals who enjoy building relationships, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Tasks to solve: Help customers with onboarding, training, and regular check-ins within URP. Create and update project plans to ensure smooth progress. Maintain communication with customers and team members to ensure seamless workflows. Identify and resolve potential issues proactively. Share updates on new trends, features, or relevant project information. Serve as the primary contact for customer questions and challenges. Prepare helpful materials and proactively manage projects. Assess customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback sessions. Keep systems and databases updated for effective project management. Continuously seek process improvements. Qualifications: Knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, and Attack Surface Management, along with information security systems. Experience in reporting, analyzing information, and identifying impact points; background as a client/account/pre-sales manager in B2B markets. Experience in the CSM role is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly with customers and colleagues. Experience managing internal customer experience projects, including feedback collection and customer journey mapping. Fluency in Italian (native) and advanced English, including technical English, is essential. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Experience with service-desk systems.
