The role: The Customer Success Manager role is dynamic and people-focused, offering the opportunity to significantly impact our customers' journey with URP. The candidate will empower customers to achieve their goals, contributing directly to the company's growth. Tasks to solve: Assist customers with onboarding, training, and regular check-ins within URP. Create and update project plans to keep initiatives on track. Maintain communication with customers and team members to ensure seamless workflows. Identify and address potential issues early to maintain customer satisfaction. Share updates on new trends, features, or relevant news related to their projects. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and challenges. Prepare helpful materials and proactively ensure project progress. Gather customer feedback through surveys and satisfaction checks. Keep systems and databases current for efficient project management. Continuously seek improvements in internal processes. Qualifications: Knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, and Attack Surface Management, along with information security systems. Experience in reporting, analyzing information, identifying patterns, and assessing impacts; background as a client/account/pre-sales manager in B2B markets. Experience as a CSM in the industry is advantageous. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and partners. Experience managing internal customer experience projects, including feedback collection and working with Customer Journey Maps. Fluency in Italian (native) and advanced English, including technical English, is essential. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Proficiency with service-desk systems.
