The role: The Customer Success Manager is a dynamic, people-focused role where candidates can make a meaningful impact on our customers' journey with URP. As a CSM, you will empower customers to achieve their goals while contributing to the company's growth. We seek talented, open-minded, and skilled individuals who enjoy building relationships, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Tasks to solve: Help customers with onboarding, training, and regular check-ins within URP. Create and update project plans to ensure smooth progress. Maintain communication with customers and internal teams for seamless workflows. Identify and resolve potential issues proactively. Share updates on new trends, features, or relevant project news. Be the primary contact for customer inquiries and challenges. Prepare helpful materials and proactively manage project progress. Gather feedback through surveys and satisfaction checks. Keep systems and databases current for efficient project management. Continuously seek improvements in internal processes. Qualifications: Knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, and Attack Surface Management in information security. Experience in report maintenance, data analysis, pattern recognition, and impact assessment; experience as a client/account manager in B2B markets. Experience in a CSM role is advantageous. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues. Experience managing customer experience development projects (feedback collection, Customer Journey Mapping). Fluency in Italian (native) and advanced English (including technical English) is essential. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Experience with service-desk systems.
