Position: Senior ERP Operations Consultant for Dynamics 365 Location: Bolzano, Italy EOS Solutions, an Italian leader in Microsoft Dynamics solutions, is seeking a Senior ERP Operations Consultant for Dynamics 365 with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing companies managing processes and belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99. Responsibilities: Participate in all aspects of ERP solution implementation, focusing on Operations functionalities, from analyzing client business requirements to configuring Microsoft Dynamics applications to meet those needs. Collaborate with key users to gain a comprehensive understanding of client business processes and compare them with standard Microsoft Dynamics functionalities. Produce documentation on business requirements, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics to meet client needs. Facilitate decision-making processes for modifications or customizations, develop functional design documents guiding development, and perform testing. Train client resources to ensure successful maintenance and use of Microsoft Dynamics. Required Skills and Experience: Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields. At least three years of experience with ERP products, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central in Manufacturing/Warehouse areas. Deep knowledge of business processes, especially related to production planning and execution, sales, purchasing, and inventory management. Good command of English and Microsoft technologies. Excellent organizational skills, advanced project management tools proficiency, and knowledge of implementation methodologies.
