Responsibilities: Report directly to management and oversee the Transfer Team. Plan and coordinate their activities, ensuring smooth assembly, testing, commissioning, and start-up of machinery. Collaborate with production and design departments to foster continuous improvement. Serve as the main contact for clients regarding installation issues. Requirements: Diploma in mechanical/electronic fields. Previous experience as a Transfer Technician and/or Electromechanical Maintenance Technician. Leadership skills and experience managing a team. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles for continuous improvement. Proficiency in English. Willingness to undertake occasional international travel.
