The role: The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a dynamic role focused on building strong customer relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, training, and ongoing support to help customers achieve their goals and contribute to our company's growth. Responsibilities include: Facilitating smooth onboarding and training for new customers Creating and maintaining project plans Maintaining regular communication with customers and internal teams Identifying and resolving potential issues proactively Sharing updates on trends and features Serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries Preparing materials and ensuring projects stay on track Gathering customer feedback and measuring satisfaction Updating systems and databases Continuously seeking process improvements Qualifications: Knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, and Attack Surface Management Experience in client/account management in a B2B environment Experience in a CSM role is a plus Excellent communication skills in Italian (native) and English (advanced), including technical English Strong presentation and public speaking skills Experience with service-desk systems Send your CV in English Why choose Group-IB?
