As Demand & Supply Planner, your main responsibility is to manage and develop a balanced demand and supply plan, to ensure appropriate delivery to customers considering the supply chain processes, plans and inventory management and lead the Monthly Sales and Operations Planning Review (S&OP) for each of the markets in coordination with the Key Account Manager (KAM). You will have the opportunity to drive, change, shape, influence and implement processes that will positively affect demand and supply management.The ideal candidate must have the initiative to work independently and as a team player in order to drive forward change and improvements opportunities to the day-to-day supply chain activities. Main responsibilities and duties Demand Planning: oDevelop and maintain demand forecasts (12 rolling months) at product level for assigned markets. oConsolidate global demand plans, analyze market trends and demand patterns, and identify improvement opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy. oCoordinate new product launches and product phase-outs with KAMs and markets. Supply Planning: oCreate monthly supply plans, calculate and plan dispatch plans for assigned markets, to ensure on-time product availability to meet customer requirements and service levels. oProactively communicate supply status and potential risks while leading issue resolution to ensure supply continuity. oMaintain planning parameters and maintain master data in ERP system and manage supply variabilities. Inventory Management: oManage safety stock targets, monitor inventory levels (volume, value, aging stock) and lead supply network optimization plan with related stakeholders. oCalculate and maintain in the ERP the inventory parameters: safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead-time, and replenishment strategies. Other Planning Activities: oDrive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) review process with related markets and engage with internal stakeholders to further develop it. oParticipate in Supply Chain (Re-) design projects to optimize the E2E product and information flow. oConstantly strive to identify improvement opportunities (processes & tools) to enhance supply chain key metrics and streamline work processes with an end-to-end mindset. oPrepare and analyze relevant reports & dashboards to support management decision making. oSupport ERP implementation. Key Competencies / Qualifications /Skills oUniversity Degree or equivalent with 5-10 years of experience in: Supply planning, Demand planning,Procurement, Project Management in the area of Demand & Supply Planning oMandatory to have had experience working in an international environment oDesirable to have worked on ERP implementations for Supply Chain domain oInternational Distribution planning process and respective tools oUnderstanding the manufacturing processes and constraints, route to market, customer network, customer business environment oStock policies strategy and calculations oProduct portfolio (demand type, seasonality, lifecycle status, shelf life) oProduct Life Cycle Process: Master Data Management, New product launches and gate process oHigh command of English, written and spoken is essential oFluency in another European language is a plus (French or German) oAbility to work independently oAnalytical, structured and problem solving mindset oHands-on and attentive to detail oProficient working with new tools and Microsoft Excel J-18808-Ljbffr
