They are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator for their office in Milan, Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer service excellence for the assigned customer portfolio in the respective territories. You will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, logistics, supply chain, demand planning, and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth process from order to delivery and billing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage communication with assigned customer accounts via various channels (email, Microsoft Teams, phone). Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses. Oversee the entire order cycle (A-Z), including entry, processing, tracking, and completion. Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status, stock availability, and lead times. Generate and share customer-specific reports as needed. Keep customer data updated and accurately reflected in systems and communications. Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to optimize order fulfillment and prompt dispatch. Monitor delivery schedules and address delays or issues proactively. Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including export paperwork, compliant with market-specific regulations. Complete all documentation accurately and promptly to avoid shipment delays. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 3-6 years of experience in logistics and customer service, especially with distributors and marketplaces. Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred. Fluent in Italian and English. Experience working with e-commerce channels and marketplaces is highly valuable.
