CRM Application Manager

We are seeking a CRM Application Manager responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. This role ensures Salesforce solutions meet business objectives and deliver maximum value. Main Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on schedule. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and align Salesforce solutions with business goals. Manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, offering guidance and professional development opportunities. Oversee Salesforce integration with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and performance of Salesforce applications. Develop and deliver training for end-users and provide ongoing support for effective Salesforce utilization. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize Salesforce usage within the organization. Work Experience: Extensive experience in Salesforce application development and management. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including custom development and integrations, with prior project management experience in Salesforce implementations. Proven success in planning and leading global testing sessions. Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, Epicor. Ability to deliver results across multiple projects, balancing resources, timelines, and quality. Knowledge of data management and migration best practices. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Strong project management skills for handling multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration. Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues. Adaptability to changing requirements and fast-paced environments. Experience with Salesforce development tools like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning. Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams. Quick learner of new technologies and processes.
