Serioplast Serioplast, a global leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging , is looking for a Continuous Improvement Project Manager for our team at Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG) . Plan and execute Continuous Improvement (C.I.) projects based on priorities set by the Global C.I. Manager, collaborating closely with local teams and providing on-site support when necessary. Implement Lean methodologies and shopfloor management practices across Group facilities. Analyze processes, workflows, and equipment to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities. Act as the main contact for plant teams during project implementation, ensuring smooth coordination and execution. Share best practices across plants and propose tailored improvement initiatives. Monitor project outcomes and implement corrective actions to meet performance targets. Assist in annual budgeting and investment planning for C.I. projects in collaboration with Regional Directors, the Global C.I. Manager, and the Project Management Department. What are we looking for? Strong knowledge of WCM standards Understanding of business economics Knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, and/or IM) Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment regulations and practices Proficiency in English Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an FMCG multinational What do we offer?
