Based in either Milan or Rome, you will be responsible for overseeing the full construction lifecycle—ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale solar PV construction projects Manage relationships with EPCs, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders Monitor project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and company standards Oversee technical implementation and resolve on-site challenges proactively Provide regular updates to senior management and contribute to project reporting Requirements: Proven experience managing construction of utility-scale solar PV projects (10MW–100MW) Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering concepts Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills Willingness to travel to project sites as needed What We Offer: Key role in delivering high-impact solar projects with a respected IPP Long-term pipeline of projects and growth opportunities Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Ideally this candidate will be based in the North of Italy or Milan J-18808-Ljbffr
