We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Ambassador fluent in French and English, with a passion for customer care, fashion, and international luxury brands. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and enthusiasm for luxury brands. Languages: French (C1/C2), English (C1/C2) Responsibilities: Customer relations via phone, chat, and email with Italian and international customers E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers with online purchases Contract: Full-time, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week), shifts, 5 days a week Qualifications: Degree and/or experience in e-commerce, customer care, fashion, and luxury Proficiency in IT tools, especially Microsoft Office Ongoing training in luxury brands Continuous language practice and professional growth in luxury Collaborative, supportive environment with innovative spaces Send your CV and join our team!
