Key Responsibilities : - Develop and optimize high-performance Java applications. - Implement multithreading, concurrency, and parallel computing. - Work with data structures, algorithms, and low-latency system design. - Troubleshoot thread synchronization, deadlocks, and race conditions. - Collaborate with teams to build scalable and efficient solutions. - Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and Required : - Java (JDK 8/11) : Strong expertise in Core Java. - Multithreading & Concurrency : Thread pools, Locks, Semaphores, etc. - Problem-Solving : Data structures, algorithms, and system optimization. - JVM Internals : Garbage collection & performance tuning. - Spring Boot & Microservices : (Bonus: Kafka, RabbitMQ). - Cloud Exposure : AWS, Azure, or GCP (Nice to have).
