Senior Full Stack Engineer - Python/Javascript

Job Title : Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python / JavaScript) Role Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will leverage your expertise across both backend development using Python and full-stack capabilities with JavaScript frameworks to build seamless end-to-end solutions. As a senior member, you will mentor junior engineers, drive technical decisions, and contribute significantly to our architectural strategy. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of full-stack web applications. - Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and business logic using Python. - Design and implement efficient and responsive user interfaces and front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). - Develop and manage databases (SQL or NoSQL) and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. - Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability. - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical designs and implemented features. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced engineers. - Drive technical decisions, evaluate new technologies, and contribute to the overall architecture of our applications. - Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the applications. - Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards. - Contribute to improving development processes, tools, and methodologies (e.g., CI/CD). - Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack.
