Job Description The responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager - Design Build Construction are: Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities to meet project deadlines. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records, including project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, submittals, and RFIs (Request for Information). Communication: Serve as a point of contact between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets, prepare cost reports, and assist in cost control measures to keep projects within financial constraints. Quality Assurance: Visit sites as needed with the Project Manager or in lieu of the Project Manager Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions and delays. Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including permitting and safety standards.
