Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Civil Site Project Manager to join their growing team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals, as well as developing and maintaining key client relationships throughout Georgia and the Southeast. You will oversee a variety of transportation engineering tasks, including highway design, developing/analyzing alternative solutions, and managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Represent the company in front of existing and potential clients. Interface with jurisdictional authorities and advocate for the company and client interests. Manage project scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for transportation engineering projects. Provide engineering expertise on various projects, developing plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Review and direct the work of other team members. Document the design process, communications, and project milestones. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. ~ 4 years of engineering experience, with progressive responsibilities in commercial, residential, and general land development engineering, and project delivery. Georgia Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or the ability to obtain one within ~ 3 months is highly preferred. Strong understanding of AASHTO, state, and local design criteria.
