Job Description
A prestigious Architecture & Design firm is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Project Architect to lead and manage architectural projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between clients, consultants, and construction teams to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions. This role demands strong leadership, technical proficiency, and a passion for sustainable design. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and timeline. Develop and oversee design concepts, construction documents, and technical specifications. Collaborate with clients to define project goals and deliver creative, functional design solutions. Coordinate efforts with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure feasibility and regulatory compliance. Review and approve architectural plans and documentation, ensuring accuracy and code adherence. Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff throughout the design and construction process. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain design integrity. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, sustainable practices, and building codes. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program. Licensed Architect. Minimum of 6 years of professional architectural experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools. In-depth understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
