Our nationally recognized firm, with over 1,400 professionals across the U.S., is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead land development initiatives from our Jacksonville or St. Augustine office. What You'll Do: Manage large-scale land development projects from concept through completion Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, planners, and technical staff Serve as primary client liaison-building and maintaining long-term relationships Oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with local and state regulations Mentor junior team members and foster professional growth within the office Contribute to business development efforts and help grow the firm's regional presence What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (PE license required) 10 years of progressive experience in land development (residential, commercial, mixed-use) Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills Deep understanding of Florida permitting and development processes Proven success in managing multiple projects and teams in a deadline-driven environment Why Join Us?
