Job Description Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists. Develop and control project budgets and timelines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Coordinate and supervise the work of all project personnel. Resolve any issues or delays that might affect the project schedule. Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders. Prepare and present project updates and progress reports. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Multi-Family Project Manager' should have: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in managing multi-family or residential construction projects. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles. Familiarity with construction/ project management software. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
