In this role, you will lead and streamline our accounting operations while driving strategic financial initiatives across the business. Why join us? Collaborative, high-impact finance leadership role Hybrid of strategy, mentorship, and process ownership Be the financial engine behind workplace innovation Job Details Lead and mentor the accounting team; manage performance and development Oversee monthly close, journal entries, and financial statement preparation Ensure regulatory compliance and manage tax filings and audit readiness Drive improvements in systems (ERP, GL conversion), reporting, and automation Prepare and review budgets, sales commissions, cash flow forecasts, and reports Collaborate with departments to ensure accuracy in revenue, expenses, and inventory What You Bring: 5 years of accounting experience, with 3 years in leadership Bachelor’s in Accounting; a CPA or Master’s is optional and a nice-to-have. Expertise in general ledger, financial statements, and internal controls Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite preferred) Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) Ability to make quick, data-driven decisions and influence change Interested in hearing more?
